Shipping information
For shipments within the United States:
- All orders within the United States are eligible for free shipping via USPS First-Class Mail and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed. You will receive tracking information via email after your order is shipped.
- Orders placed on Fridays will typically not ship until the following Monday.
- Vital Biologics typically does not ship orders on US Federal holidays
- Orders not delivered due to our error or lost in transit will be re-shipped at no additional charge.
- Orders not delivered due to customer error will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
Please check your shipping information before placing order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information.
For international shipments:
- International orders are typically charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $12 regardless of the number of bottles ordered. Pricing may vary for certain countries. Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout. The carrier used will depend on your location and order size.
- Tracking is provided for all international orders.
- International orders are typically delivered in 10-15 business days but can take up to 25 days due to customs processing. Items will not be declared lost in transit until 26 days after being shipped.
- Please note that orders may incur additional customs fees or taxes based on your country’s rules and regulations. Vital Biologics is not responsible for these charges. Customs charges must be paid before a package will be released to you.
