We encourage our customers to take Heart Calm for a full 30 days before determining whether our formula is right for their needs, as not everyone is a fast responder.

While no formula is right for everyone, Heart Calm has successfully been used by tens of thousands of customers from around the world. Less than 2% of Heart Calm orders are returned. Please note that Heart Calm is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Heart Calm is much more than a simple magnesium supplement. Our synergistic combination of three different types of magnesium, taurine, potassium and coenzyme Q10 has helped many individuals when previous supplementation with magnesium has failed.

The recommended dosage of Heart Calm is one capsule taken three times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. While we have found this to be the most effective dosing strategy, we encourage customers to find a routine that works best for them. Some customers for example find that two capsules with breakfast and one with dinner works best for their needs, while others might take all three capsules at lunch.

We recommend discussing any potential medication interactions with your doctor or pharmacist. 

Heart Calm can be relaxing, but generally does not cause drowsiness or fatigue.

All orders are shipped within two business days of being placed with most orders shipped the same or next day. Orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS First Class mail and are typically delivered within 3-6 business days. After your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
