If for any reason Heart Calm is not right for you, or you have a problem with your order, we are here to help!
Within 60 days of placing your order, simply reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you would like a refund.
From there, our team will handle the rest. It’s that simple.
We all know that an opened bottle cannot be reused. So unlike other companies who try to make returns more difficult, we won’t even ask you to send your bottle back to us. That’s one less trip to the post office!
Please note that to keep things fair, our return policy only applies to one opened bottle.
All additional unopened bottles will be refunded upon return at the customer’s expense, and any additional opened bottles of the same product will not be refunded.
For our international customers, we will only issue a refund on a single bottle of Heart Calm on your first order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
