Magnesium

Taurine is an amino sulfonic acid that is important for many biochemical processes in the body.
Taurine is found in concentrations at least 100 times higher in the heart than in the bloodstream. Several of taurine’s functions are believed to be critical to supporting a proper heart rhythm including mitochondrial protection and cell membrane stabilization. Taurine also acts as a calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium regulator within the cardiac muscle, helping to maintain equilibrium.
While often wrongly thought of as a stimulant due to its inclusion in popular energy drinks, taurine is generally considered to have a relaxing effect due to its positive impact on adrenaline output and GABA, the calming neurotransmitter.
Potassium
