Shipping & Returns Policies

Our Shipping Policies are as Follows:

  • All orders within the United States are eligible for free shipping via USPS First-Class Mail  and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed. You will receive tracking information via email after your order is shipped.
  • Orders placed on Fridays will typically not ship until the following Monday.
  • Orders not delivered due to our error or lost in transit will be re-shipped at no additional charge.
  • Orders not delivered due to customer error will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

Please check your shipping information before placing order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Customers will be charged an additional shipping fee of $10.00 for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect address entered on the order form.


For International Orders

  • All international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International Package with tracking (tracking is not available for all countries) and have a flat rate fee of $10.95. 
  • International orders are typically delivered in 8-15 business days, but can take up to 25 days due to customs processing. Items will not be declared lost in transit until 26 days after being shipped. 
  • Please note that orders may incur additional customs fees or taxes based on your country's rules and regulations. Vital Biologics is not responsible for these charges.

Our Return/Refund Policies are as Follows:

  • Refund requests must be initiated within sixty (60) days of placing your order
  • Returns are limited to one (1) opened supplement bottle per customer and all sealed supplement bottles.
  • All additional opened bottles will not be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

We process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please be advised that it may take up to 10 business days to receive a refund after we have received your return.
